Practical Action Publishing, Food Chain Call for Papers - Special Issue: Fair Trade and the Sustainable Development Goals

It was announced during the Fair Trade International Symposium (FTIS) 2018 publication workshop that work is going ahead with Practical Action Publishing to produce a special issue of Food Chain on 'Fair Trade and the Sustainable Development Goals'.

You can see the call for papers with the submission deadline of October 15, 2018. It encourages development and submission of Fair Trade International Symposium 2018 papers for this special issue. The call for papers expresses interest in papers jointly authored by academics and practitioners as well as many other proposals. Please see the following Practical Action Publishing call for papers page as well as contact details below to discuss potential submissions.

The call for paper asks that you send a 300-400 word abstract of your planned contribution to the issue editors below by October 15, 2018. Then individuals will be contacted and authors notified by November 15, 2018. Those who are invited to develop full papers are expected to submit those by February 15, 2019. Full papers should be between 4-6,000 words in length.

All submissions will go through peer review and Food Chain cannot guarantee that papers by authors invited to submit an article will be published. The special issue will be published in the October 2019 edition of Food Chain.
